New Music: Kidd Maxx – Somewhere in Tokyo

Rapper Kidd Maxx is releasing his new mixtape entitled Somewhere in Tokyo. This new mixtape is heavily inspired by many of the things he has seen as he has been all around the world. His new single Lit Life is available for download now and will be a key part of his mixtape as he continues to promote his exciting music work.

Kidd Maxx is originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He has been singing since he was around two years of age. He recalls that the note to Dru Hill’s Tell Me What You Want was the first note that he ever performed.

He was heavily inspired by many great performers over the years but he cites Michael Jackson as his greatest influence. He grew up watching many of Jackson’s old videos and stories about his life and always wanted to be just like him.

He sang quartet gospel music while growing up and eventually joined the United States Navy. Over the years, he has been stationed in many places around the world with Japan being the most prominent spot that he has lived in. He has also made music in Australia, Thailand and Hong Kong among many other places and has taken inspiration from these unique places in his music. He especially wants people to feel inspired by his work as he aims to continue to perform great music.

Kidd Maxx feels that anyone can be a success story and enjoy doing what they want when they put their minds to it. He especially wants to be a great performer who will entertain people all around the world. His Somewhere in Tokyo mixtape is just the start of what he wants to do as a great entertainer.

Kidd Maxx will release Lit Life in the spring of 2018, his first single from the new mixtape. He will be planning a full tour promoting his work in the near future.

Leewater is an American singer, songwriter.   Born in Denver, CO residing in Phoenix, AZ Water developed a love for words and melody.  Later he would be baptized in the music scene where open mics would occupy his nights as the world of manufacturing would consume his day.  Known for his soulful buttery tones, Water gained notoriety as a writer and member of the multi-genre collective The Color 8.  After years of writing short stories and arranging countless songs Water would embark on his personal musical journey.  Light Shine, his current project is sure to amaze and intrigue.  The blend of hip-hop narratives and soul breed melodies set the stage for Leewater to leave his quintessential mark on the game.

Lilly Whyte Offering Fabulous Southern Hip Hop on Gutta, Glitz and Glamour

Lilly Whyte has announced her new album entitled Gutta, Glitz and Glamour and is also releasing her first new single off of the album.

The new single is called Don’t Try Me and it is truly reflective of the sound Whyte is going for. Her sound has a mix of “hood” and “ghetto fabulous” going together for one of the most exciting new styles around. The strong sense of rhythm and tone that she has in her rap style are especially on display in her work. This makes her out as one of the top names in hip hop to watch for.

The work that Lilly has put into her new album is reflective of the strong effort she has put into music throughout much of her life. Whyte has been heavily involved in music and dance throughout her early years in the Carolinas. She has enjoyed performing for many and has been heralded by her instructors as one of the best students they have come across. They admire her ability to handle the right notes and to use all her great skills in performing.

Whyte is inspired by many forms of music but she has especially gravitated towards hip hop and R&B most of all. Boosie Badazz and Lil Wayne are cited as being major influences to her work and performance style.

Today Whyte is promoting Gutta, Glitz and Glamour with RAW Entertainment. Short for Really About Winning, RAW is aiming to promote Whyte and other young southern hip hop stars who have a strong flair for rhymes and beats.

But the most noteworthy point about Whyte’s work is that she certainly understands the power of music in her work. To her, music is about more than just a song. It is about something that people can get lost inside and can enjoy sharing and having fun with. She is excited to bring out her music to people all around the country.
