NEW KICKS: Jordan Icons Marquette University PEs
Who else is ready to fill out their 2010 NCAA bracket? March Madness is just around the corner and we are now starting to see a slew of college PEs such as the Nike Hyperdunk St. Johns PE and the Nike Hyperdunk University of Miami PE. Now, we take a look at the some Air Jordan Marquette University exclusives.
If you have been paying attention, a lot of the Jordan Brand NBA players have been sporting the Jordan Icons night in and night out. Therefore, we should expect to the Jordan Brand-sponsored universities to rock this shoe as well (see UNC Jordan Icons PE). Marquette’s ‘Home’ PE features a primarily white colored base with blue and yellow accents seen mainly on the side panels. Although black is not a part of the school’s color scheme, it is used as the predominant color on their ‘Away’ PEs. Yellow accents also show up in multiple places on this shoe. Bodega x Converse Poorman Weapon
Bodega has been behind some pretty damn cool releases over the years so we’ve all been wondering what they were up to for 2010. Looks like we got our answer in the form of this Converse Poorman Weapon.
The shoe that started out as simply a dumbed down version of the Converse Weapon wins pretty hard in this limited edition release. The upper is done in waxed canvas with a deerskin lining that can be revealed by rolling down the shoes higher than high top upper. Look for them to drop March 13th at Bodega in a very cool shearling lined collectors case that comes complete with a flask. At a price of $120 surely all 100 pairs will be copped immediately.
